Fantastic apartment community! The units are modern and beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. Parking is convenient and the security makes me feel safe. This has been a wonderful place to call home and I couldn't be happier.

I've been living at Novus Westshore for about 8 months now and absolutely love it. The location is perfect - close to the airport and easy access to downtown Tampa. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool area and fitness center. Management is responsive and maintenance requests are handled quickly.

The views from the higher floors are stunning! Love watching the sunset from my balcony. The community events are a nice touch and I've met some great neighbors. Pet-friendly policies are excellent too - my dog loves the dog park.
